This advanced skill set workshop introduces the Train for Birth approach for training the body and mind for a natural birth experience. Birth doulas will learn the biomechanics, exercises, techniques, stretches, and comfort measures to help prepare the body and mind for a natural birth experience and how to use this skill set during the birthing process.
This advanced skill set training includes observing a hands-on Train for Birth workshop taught by Krisha in the morning session. Lunch break. Advanced skill workshop training, Train for Birth style, in the afternoon session. Training packet included.

*Attended a full basic birth doula training workshop
*Certification or working towards a certification
